Requirements and Example Solutions:
When electrical power comes from outside sources, the following precautions must be taken: [29 CFR 1915.93(b)(1)]
- If in dry dock, the vessel must be adequately grounded.
- All circuits to be energized must be equipped with adequate overcurrent protection.
