Easy Dos and Don'ts - Drive-thru

Do:

• Use drop-boxes for food delivery if available.



• Keep the drive-thru windows closed as much as possible.



• Use reverse flow fans to reduce exhaust entering the work area.



• Request that workers get rotated through this area.



• Use stools or a footrest bar if available.

Don't:

• Overreach.



• Keep the volume on your headset turned up too high.



• Isolate drive-thru workers to make them easier targets for robbery.
