The Lockout/Tagout Interactive Training Program is an HTML-based Web application designed and developed to provide the viewer with an in-depth understanding of the LOTO standard. It includes the following main sections: Tutorial Summarizes the key components of the standard in a question/answer format. Hot Topics Five "hot topics" were identified as major issues under the LOTO standard. Includes a detailed discussion of each of these "hot topic" areas. Interactive Case Studies Presents a series of case studies for review. Each of the case studies is based on descriptions of lockout/tagout inspections derived from compliance interpretations, court decisions, Review Commission decisions, and inspection files.
