is recognized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as meeting the requirements for a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) established under Section 1910.7 of Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations. This recognition is limited to testing and certification only within the current scope of recognition and is subject to all other terms set forth in the letter of recognition and in applicable Federal Register notices and as summarized on OSHA's website. This recognition continues in force beyond the "Effective through" date below provided the NRTL has filed a timely request for renewal with OSHA.
